Not as bad news, but still bad
Posted in Bad News, Family on October 20th, 2008 by FenixfyreSo I have been waiting to update to find out the final verdict on my uncle. After extensive surgery attempts to save it, the doctors informed him that they will have to amputate his leg above the knee. The news sucks, but I am thankful that he is otherwise healthy.
I spoke with him on the phone tonight, and he was in good spirits. He even felt good enough to make several off color jokes about his leg. He has always been some what of a prankster.
